My Mission Statement
I love using the word "transform" with regard to yoga. I would like to share some of the definitions that I have found for this word.

"to be greater, better, or stronger than"
A better lifestyle rests on self-awareness. The practice of yoga, meditation and mindfulness all have TRANSFORMATIVE qualites that will "wake" you up. The data is increasingly compelling. Practitioners of these practices benefit!
I am dedicated to teaching these very powerful tools to my students. My strongest desire is for you to experience the MANY benefits that yoga has to offer. I would love for you to live a life filled with confidence, love and peace.
